Our History

Information Capital is a systems integrator specializing in the development and integration of local government data processing solutions. We have served the needs of over 400 local government clients throughout the nation since 1981. We have offices in Nashville, Houston, Austin, and Little Rock.

Our Philosophy

We believe the best way to serve our clients is to specialize and concentrate our expertise within a single domain in local government. Then we can build upon our specialization by providing an integrated product allowing local governments to share common data between departments. To date, we have six affiliated companies that provide services to different aspects of county government.

Our Mission

Information Capital’s mission is to bring customer – centered business practices and up-to-date technology that warrants “thoughtful investment.” Simply put, we are a web based IT alternative for county government officials who are “anxious” about their IT decisions.
